The first thing that caught my attention was the 7.5% service charge added to the bill without checking with customer. While this is slightly less than the typical 10% at other places, it still feels a bit off, especially considering it way exceeds the daily wage of an average laborer in Bangalore. Service experience is not worth that charges.

The craft beers on the menu were limited, and while the Vienna Ale was enjoyable, it didn’t pair well with the avocado or pan-grilled chicken. It would have been helpful if the waitstaff had given a heads-up about this pairing issue.

As for the food, nothing really stood out. The pan-grilled chicken was on the dry side and could have been more tender, and the mutton pepper fry was unimpressive. Avocado salad was good.

The ambience is another aspect to consider. If you prefer a quieter setting, you might want to avoid the terrace area, as it tends to get quite loud.
